We are in search for an enthusiastic, hard-working recent college grad or someone with 1-3 years experience for full time sales assistant position. The candidate should be interested in getting more experience in a sales career. Due to recent growth at the company this is a new position. This new hire will work with the sales team to offer high quality, new and refurbished servers, networking, storage and IT services and maintenance plans.
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales staff by providing administrative, customer support as well as telemarketing to our customers and prospects offering exciting new products and services
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Telemarketing – outbound B2B sales calls, explain the product or service to potential customers and set up conference calls.
Follow up on leads
Maintaining CRM act database
Preparing pricing and proposals
Assist in preparing sales presentations
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
Maintaining and updating social media accounts
Research new products and technology
Marketing research projects
Obtaining customer referrals and reviews
The right person should be a self-motivated individual who is detail and goal oriented and collaborate effectively as a team member.
Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills.
Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or recent college graduate

We are currently seeking a Windows System Administrator / Solutions Engineer to provide support to our growing technology solutions business. The Windows System Administrator / Solutions Engineer will interface with our customers and convert customer wishes into products and services we can offer. This right candidate must be able to able to understand a customers’ technology infrastructure and work with them to fully satisfy their requirements. This job requires both a business and technical mind set.
Knowledgeable about windows 2012 and windows system administration is an enterprise environment helpful. Ability to discuss storage, Virtualization, and SAN configuration technology solutions. Cloud experience helpful.
Facilitating professional service engagements with customers. Capable of performing network assessments at customer sites and managing consultants sent to customer sites for maintenance and professional services.
Assess current and future customer needs and develop a strong understanding of customers’ business operations and business goals.
Maintain effective communication with customer and our customer support center during service calls.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely, professional, and effective response to customer service needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Help us implement a managed services business from a technical perspective. Meet with local customers, identify opportunities, and help develop a service plan for each customer.
Education & Experience
MCSE and/or MCITP certification preferred
Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft, VMware and client/Server model
Network admin experience and the ability to configure and test Cisco routers
Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, organized and dependable
Minimum of 2-4 years related technical experience
A minimum of an associate’s degree with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications and accreditations are a plus.
20% domestic travel may be required
